                        Through this petition, the petitioner was seeking harassment by the official respondents. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was earlier implicated in a false FIR No.49/2009 which has duly been disposed of as ‘C’ Class but still at the instigation of private respondents, the concerned police is harassing the petitioner. The learned State Counsel has filed comments on behalf of the official respondents who deny all such allegations. It is further stated in the comments that the petitioner is not required in any case and undertaken has been given that no harassment whatsoever shall be caused to the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with such statement and does not press this petition.

                        The petition stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith listed application.
