            The petitioner who is an affectee of the Lyari Expressway has states that he had entitled for the compensation as per the orders of the Court. Mr. Manzoor Ahmed, learned counsel for CDGK states that the petitioner had infact effected the premises but the petitioner has reoccupied the same and rented it out. According to the learned counsel for CDGK that if at all the area in occupation of the petitioner is acquired and dispossessed the petitioner, the compensation as directed by this Court in its judgment will be paid to the petitioner.

In this view of the undertaking, the petition is disposed of in the terms as referred in the order of the Court.
