            Petitioner has impugned the action of the respondent No.3 the acting Estate Manager, KPT. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner he was constant source of harassment to the petitioner. Learned counsel for KPT states that officer concerned has since been transferred, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Accordingly, in view of the statement recorded above, the petition has served out its purpose; therefore, the same is disposed of alongwith the listed application. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the law in case such grievance arises again.
