ORDER WITH THE SIGNATURE OF THE JUDGES

This matter is regularly coming up for non-prosecution in Court since 01.09.2009. The Court has shown indulgence on each time i.e. on 23.10.09, 04.12.2009 and 17.02.2010 and repeatedly the time was enlarged for compliance of the office objection but such indulgence has not been availed act. The matter was called in the earlier part of the day and was kept aside and was taken up again at 11.30 a.m. neither the petitioner nor the counsel are in attendance though repeatedly called. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
