After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant on the point of limitation, the learned counsel could not satisfy the Court as to how the instant Revision has been filed after a lapse of about 02 years from the date of impugned order.

It appears that the matter between the parties is under litigation in Suit No.549/2008 pending before this Court where the similar relief has been claimed by the applicant. Under the circumstances, I have been no reason to keep this application pending which is hopelessly time barred. The applicant may continue to seek remedy before the appropriate Court. Accordingly, the instant Revision Application is dismissed alongwith all pending application with no order as to cost.
