            The alleged detenue Mst.Bashiran is produced in Court. She states that petitioner is not her husband. She states that in fact she is married to Abbas Ali. She further states that Abbas Ali maltreated and beat her and she sought protection with the petitioner. She states that beyond that she has no other link or connection with the petitioner. She states that she wants to live with her brother Mumtaz who is also present in Court and he states that petitioner is his sister and he is willing to take her to her house and shall provide her all the brotherly protection.

            In view of this position the learned counsel does not press this petition and the same is dismissed as not pressed.
