2.         Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner has inadvertently deposited the original Transfer Letter of Immovable Property bearing No.75-B/II, Khayaban-e-Badban, Phase VII, DHA, Karachi and registration book of car bearing No.AA-5701, Chassis No.AB-435-11324-B, Engine No.G-10-220550, Suzuki Swift, Saloon, 1988 Model, with the Nazir of this Court towards surety. He needs both the documents for payment of taxes. The Nazir is directed to release both the documents on executing personal bond by the petitioner in the sum of Rs.200,000/-. CMA No.752/2007 stands disposed of.
