          It appears that merely a complaint by one of the persons, which bears no date, harsh action was taken against the Society. Learned counsel to place on record that pursuant to Annxure "B" any communication was made by the Society calling for the information of complaint but the Society refused to provide such information that necessitated the impugned action. The material be placed on record within 10 days with copy to the petitioner.

          Ad-interim order passed earlier to continue till next date.
