2.       It is, inter alia, contended by counsel for the petitioner that on 02.3.2010 at 08:30 p.m. respondent Nos. 3 to 9 have forcibly entered into the house of petitioner and taken away the husband, brother-in-law of the petitioner so also the Driver and Chowkidar of the petitioner named as alleged detenus in the petition. He further contended that these respondents have also taken away the three vehicles, cash and gold ornaments as mentioned in para 8 of the petition which are kept at Bahadurabad Police Station.

 

It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the husband of petitioner has given some guarantee on behalf of one Irfan Nisar, the owner of National Broker and instead of taking proceedings in accordance with law the private respondents have obtained the help and assistance of police officers and unlawfully detained the alleged detenus.

 

Issue notice to respondents as well as Advocate General, Sindh for 05.3.2010.

 

The respondent No.3 is directed to produce the alleged detenus in Court on the above date. The respondent No.3 is further directed to ensure that none of the properties of the petitioner as alleged in para 8 of the petition are misappropriated or disturbed. A report in this respect be also filed by respondent No.3 on next date.
