          Learned Additional Advocate General, Sindh has filed comments of respondents 3, 4 & 5, copies of which have been supplied counsel for petitioner in Court today.

          Learned counsel for the petitioner complains that despite directions of the Court the alleged detenue has not been produced in Court today.

          Learned Additional Advocate General, Sindh states that alleged detenue is in custody in Central Prison Hyderabad in FIR No. 257/2009. He further states that two more FIRs Nos. 21/2010 and 22/2010 have also been registered against the alleged detenue.

          Be that as it may, as there is an order of production of alleged detenue in Court, the learned Additional Advocate General, Sindh requests for time to produce the alleged detenue in Court. Adjourned to 04^th March 2010. To be taken up at 11:00 a.m.

          The Superintendent Central Prison, Hyderabad is directed to produce the alleged detenue in Court on above date.

          Copy of this order be delivered to Additional Advocate General, Sindh today for making compliance.
