The petitioner seems to have been stood guarantor for principal debtor and suits stand decreed and in execution the property of the petitioner is being auctioned.

          The only grievance of the petitioner is that she may be allowed to participate in the auction proceedings and to submit her bid/better price for the said property and the same may be considered by the Banking Court.  The petitioner’s counsel states that  no such application has been made by the petitioner before the Banking Court. 

          Let such application be made by the petitioner before the Banking Court which will pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law.

          This petition stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith the listed applications.
