Statements have been filed by SHO PS Ghotki respondent No.5, D.P.O. Sukkur respondent No.4, D.P.O.Ghotki respondent No.3, Syed Qambar Ali Shah respondent No.7 and SHO P.S.A-Section Sukkur respondent No.6. SHO Ghotki has stated that there is no further case pending against the petitioner except those case already mentioned in the petition has also been filed by respondent No.6, who is present in person who has submitted that he will not with draw his case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as far as two case are concerned he will contest them before the appropriate court and being satisfied with the statement filed by the official respondents, he does not press this petition, which is disposed of as not pressed.
