counsel for applicant after arguing the matter at some length,
does not press the instant criminal bail application and seeks direction to the
trial Court to decide the case preferably within a period of two months.
Learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh as well as counsel for complainant have recorded their no objection for such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
However, learned trial Court is directed to decide the case of the applicant
preferably within a period of four months, without granting any adjournment to
either party on any flimsy grounds and furnish report before this Court through
learned MIT-II.
