Salman Shah son of Haroon Shah seeks pre-arrest bail
in FIR No.429/2024, registered at P.S. Boat Basin, Karachi for offence under
section 489-F, PPC. During pendency of this criminal
bail application, parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and one
Muhammad Khusru Shah son of Syed Jawed Nazim Ali Shah, holding CNIC No.42501-6713938-7, present in
Court today, has furnished postdated Cheque
No.A-27364825 of 18.05.2025, drawn on Meezan Bank, Abul Hassan Isphani Road Branch,
Karachi of an amount of Rs.1,900,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lac), which is handed
over to complainant Peerzada Amjad
Hussain. Applicant/accused
Salman Shah, Muhammad Khusru Shah and complainant Peerzada Amjad Hussain have signed the joint statement on the photocopy of
aforesaid cheque, which is taken on record. Applicant
Salman Shah and Muhammad Khusru Shah submit that they
are responsible for payment of aforesaid cheque dated
18.05.2025 and if the cheque is dishonoured,
second FIR would be registered against them for dishonouring
of the said cheque, without any orders from the Court
and the complainant is also at liberty to move application for cancellation of
bail directly before this Court.
Interim
pre-arrest bail granted to applicant/accused Salman Shah son
of Haroon Shah by this Court vide order dated
11.04.2025 is confirmed on the above terms.
