                        This FIR was registered against the applicants/accused in respect of murder of Mst. Yasmeen. The application for exhumation of dead body of Mst. Yasmeen was filed before the trial Court but the same was dismissed vide order dated 19.11.2009. In this order, learned trial Court has observed that post mortem of deceased Mst Yasmeen was conducted by Woman Medical Officer Dr. Kanwal Mustafa Soomro. Neither this post mortem was challenged by the applicant accused before Special Medical Board nor through Super Medical Board. Therefore, this post mortem remained intact. This application was filed on 16.01.2010 and the date of incident was 01.8.2009. I find no illegality in the order passed by the learned trial Court dated 18.12.2009 and even this Court has no jurisdiction for exhumation of the dead body of deceased. Therefore, I  dismiss this application along with listed applications.
