          The counsel has brought statement stating that as Mr. M.Akram Zuberi, Advocate for respondent has failed to file written synopsis, the judgment in the case may be pronounced. Such statement is kept on the file.

          Incidentally, today only Mr. M.Akram Zuberi, Advocate has expired and it appears that such event has occurred after his long illness. Such illness may have prevented him from filing the written synopsis as ordered by the Court on 14^th January 2010. The only thing which can justifiably be done now is that notice will have to be issued to the party represented by Late M.Akram Zuberi, Advocate.  Let notice be issued to the party represented by Late M.Akram Zuberi, Advocate.

          It seems that matter is already fixed by the office on 15^th February, 2010. Let such notice be issued for said date.
