          While writing the judgment in this case, it was found that neither the counsel for the petitioner nor the counsel for respondents have made any submission with regard to competency of the notification dated 05.5.2006, which is impugned in the petition. The counsel for the parties are, therefore, directed to further argue on the above point on next date.

          Office is directed to issue notice to the parties’ counsel along with copy of this order for 1^st March 2010 and fix the matter at serial No.1 of Katcha Peshi cases.
