counsel for applicant after arguing the matter at some length, does not press
prayer clause (a) for quashment of FIR No.68/2023
dated 19.05.2023. However, he further submits that he will be satisfied in case
list of FIRs registered against the applicant is provided. Learned A.P.G. has
provided list of FIRs registered against him, which reveals that only two FIRs
have been registered against him. Since compliance has been made, therefore,
this application is dismissed as having become infructuous, along with pending
application(s).
