2. In
terms of order dated 27.05.2024, learned trial Court submitted report, which
reflects that charge sheet was submitted before VI Civil Judge & Judicial
Magistrate Karachi West on 13.05.2023 in which names of Mukhtiar
Chandio son of Abdul Kareem and 4 others were placed
in Column No.2 of the charge sheet due to lack of evidence. Certified copy of
charge sheet has been placed on record. Learned Additional Prosecutor General
Sindh after having gone through the report submitted by the trial Court and
other material available on record has recorded no objection if the listed
application is allowed and direction is issued to the NADRA authorities for
unblocking the CNIC of applicant Mukhtiar Chandio son of Abdul Kareem.
In
view of above, CMA No.6697/2024 is allowed and Director General NADRA is
directed to unblock CNIC No.42201-0461241-9 of applicant Mukhtiar
Chandio son of Abdul Kareem Chandio
forthwith.
