          The bailiff has given report that he has pasted the notice at the address of the petitioner. The petitioner is however called absent.

          It appears that since after the elevation of his counsel to this Court several notices have been issued to the petitioner and the same have been pasted at his address also but the petitioner is not coming forward to pursue this petition. It is stated by Mr.Raja Muhammad Iqbal that the consignment in respect of which the petition was filed has been exported and Mr.Ghulam Hyder Shaikh states that in respect of valuation ruling the petitioner has availed remedy of filing review petition.

          In the circumstances, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter. The petition is therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. The listed application is also disposed of.
