3.       It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that Reference Nos. 12, 13, 14 of 2005 and 81 of 2007 were pending in the Accountability Court-I at Karachi which were disposed off under the NRO and on their revival under the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Dr. Mubashir Hassan’s case, they have been ordered to be transferred to Hyderabad. Learned counsel states that in Reference Nos. 12, 13, 14 of 2005 accused are the same while in Reference No. 81 of 2007 the petitioner and Muhammad Ashraf are the only accused. He states that in Reference No. 12, 13, 14 of 2005 the accused No. 1 Riaz-ul-Hassan Rizvi has made plea bargaining; while accuse No.3 Muhammad Ashraf has been acquitted under section 265-K Cr.P.C, who has also been acquitted in Reference No.81 of 2007. He states that all the references are now pending against the petitioner only, who being resident of Quetta, frequently visits Karachi and it is more convenient for him to appear before the Accountability Court at Karachi. Issue notice to respondents as well as DPG NAB for 22^nd February, 2010.
