Appellant/complainant is present and requests for a date on the ground that his counsel is out of station. Such request is declined on the ground that matter pertains to the year 2020 and it is very simple matter, wherein allegation against the respondents is that they entered into his house however, the respondents No.3 and 4 are very close relatives of the complainant as such question of illegal entrance in the house does not arise. Furthermore the evidence was recorded in which the respondents/accused were acquitted by the learned trial court.

2.                              In view of above, it appears that no any illegality or irregularity has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the appellant. Resultantly instant criminal acquittal appeal is dismissed.
