3&4.    Petitioner seems to be aggrieved by transfer of Reference from Accountability Court-I at Karachi to Accountability Court Hyderabad. Learned counsel states that the incident reported in the Reference had occurred at Karachi and all the evidence pertaining to the matter is also available at Karachi. He also states that in similar matter being Constitutional Petition No. D-243 of 2010 notice has been issued for 22^nd February, 2010.

Issue notice to respondents, D.A.G. and DPG NAB for 22^nd February, 2010.
