this criminal bail application and seeks direction for earlier disposal of the
case. Special Prosecutor ANF has recorded no objection.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed,
however, with direction to the learned trial Court to decide the case of the
applicant preferably within a period of two months.
