Through this Petition Letter of Administration in respect of the properties of the deceased Brigadier (Retd.) Nasiruddin Humayune has been sought in favour of the Petitioner. All the legal heirs have filed their affidavits of no objection for issuance of Letter of Administration in favour of the Petitioner. Witnesses have also certified that besides the persons named in this petition the deceased had no other legal heirs. It appears that all the legal heirs have effected their appearance on 04.11.2009 and their future presence was exempted. One of the legal heirs, namely, Manochere Alamgir has filed his affidavit of no objection in favour of the Petitioner after having duly notarized at New York and attested by Consulate General of Pakistan.
The petition was duly advertised in the newspapers Daily Dawn dated 14.10.2009 and Daily Jang dated 14.10.2009. Notices were also issued through courier, registered post and pasted on the Court Notice Board. Despite no objection till-date has been filed.
In the circumstances, there appears to be no impediment in allowing this petition. The petition is allowed. Let Letter of Administration be issued in favour of the Petitioner in accordance with rules.
