Jan Ali Junejo- J:- Mr. Hizbullah Jokhio, Advocate files vakalatnama on behalf of Mst. Ganwa, alleged abdcutee which is taken on record. Statements have also been filed by Respondents No.01 and 2, which are taken on record.    

            Mst. Ganwa, the alleged abductee has been produced by SHO, Police Station Women, Larkana. Her statement has been recorded by SHO, Police Station Akil, wherein she has stated that she has neither been kidnapped by anyone nor victimized however, her Aunties Qazbano and Zeenat taken away her for shopping to Khairpur where she came to know that her brother has filed instant petition, therefore, she has appeared before this court and she does not want to register any case and she wishes to go with her brother Muhammad Sharif and mother Mst. Zulekhan.

            Since the alleged detainee has been produced and is confirmed to be no longer under illegal detention, the purpose of this petition has been fulfilled upon appearance of the lady/ detainee, therefore, it stands disposed of. Mst. Ganwa is set at liberty to go wherever she wishes. SHO, Police Station Akil, is directed to ensure the safety of detainee.
