Reference has been submitted in consequent to order dated 18.9.2009 whereby the trial Court was directed to conclude the trial within one-month. The learned Judge of CNS has filed a reference that he has made all efforts to follow the direction but due to ailment the direction could not be followed in letter and spirit and, therefore, further reasonable time be granted to conclude the trial.
Since the learned Judge did not keep well, therefore, extension of 30-days time is allowed to conclude the trial.
The reference is disposed of accordingly.
