counsel for applicant, after arguing the bail application at some length, does
not press the instant criminal bail application and seeks direction to the
trial Court to decide the case of applicant preferably within three months.
Learned D.P.G. and complainant present in person have recorded no objection for
such proposal.
In view
of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
However, trial Court is directed to decide the case of the applicant,
expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.
