            Appellant’s counsel has filed a statement to the effect that the appellant had served out her sentence on 09.1.2010 and being a Malaysian national, on her release, she has to leave for Malaysia and requests that her passport deposited with the trial Court may be returned to the Jail authorities for processing her case for travel to Malaysia.

            Let notice of the statement be issued to the Special Prosecutor, ANF.

            Report of Superintendent, Special Prison for Women, Karachi be also called.

            Learned counsel states that on her release from prison the appellant will not press this appeal and will have it disposed of.

            In the circumstances, the matter is fixed on 28.1.2010 when the above report will be made available before the Court.
