The applicant, Ghulam Shabir, has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court under Section 561-A of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) seeking judicial intervention against the order dated 12-02-2025, issued by the learned 1st. Additional Sessions Judge/MCTC/Justice of Peace, Kamber, in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.262/2025, through which application under Section 22-A(6)(i) for the registration of an FIR was allowed.

At the very outset, the parties being very closely related have settled their dispute amicably on the intervention of this Court. Learned DPG very frankly conceded that it will be beneficial for the parties to remain peacefully in future, and recorded no objection to set-aside the impugned order.

          By consent order dated 12.02.2025 passed by learned Ex. Officio Justice of Peace, Kamber stands set-aside. Accordingly, instant application is disposed of.
