             Respondent has submitted the additional report dated 15.01.2010, a copy of which was supplied to the petitioner in the morning who requested that the matter may be taken up later in the day.  Accordingly, the matter was again taken  up.  We heard the petitioner as well as the counsel for the respondents.  During the course of her arguments, the petitioner made a categorical statement before the Court that she has no intention of continuing her studies at the Institute of Business Administration.  In view of such statement of the petitioner any further order on the additional report submitted by the respondent will be of little consequence and merely an academic one, as the petitioner herself is not interested in pursuing her studies at the respondent Institute. While the report is taken on record, the matter is disposed of in view of the above statement of the Petitioner.
