This is an appeal against the judgment dated 30.12.2009 passed by the Presiding Officer, Special Court (Offences in Banks) Sindh at Karachi in Special Case No.6/99 by which the appellant was convicted and sentenced as mentioned in the impugned judgment. The appeal is statutory, the same is admitted.  Issue notice to the DAG.  Call for R&P and prepare paper book.
