          By consent the parties are ready to file compromise application in pursuance of earlier compromise taken place between them before the learned trial court, mentioning the terms and conditions and installments to be paid by Respondent No.2. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2, after having consultation with his client is ready to produce 04 post dated cheque leaves with the compromise application. Learned Counsel for the applicant in view of the present situation seeks disposal of instant application. Accordingly, it stands disposed of with direction to the parties to submit their compromise application before learned trial court on or before 21.03.2025.
