At the
very outset, learned counsel for applicant does not press this bail application
on merits and seeks direction to the trial Court to decide the case of the
applicant preferably within a period of three months. Counsel for complainant
and learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh have recorded no objection for
such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
However, learned trial Court is directed to decide the case of the applicant
expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months, under intimation to
this Court through learned MIT-II.
