counsel for applicant, after arguing the matter at some length, does not press
the instant criminal bail application and seeks direction to the trial Court to
decide the case of the applicant within a period of three months. Learned
additional Prosecutor General Sindh has recorded no objection for such
proposal. In view of such position, instant criminal bail application is
dismissed as not pressed, however, learned trial Court is directed to decide
the case of applicant expeditious, preferably within a period of 3 months,
under intimation to this Court through learned MIT-II.
