has raised objection on the ground of maintainability of applicant’s bail application on merits. Record reflects that earlier this
Court has disposed of first criminal bail application of applicant on
04.03.2025 on merits and he has not impugned the said order before the Supreme
Court of Pakistan. Facing such situation, counsel for applicant does not press
this second bail application and intends to approach the Supreme Court of
Pakistan. Accordingly instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed
along with list applications.
