Applicant/accused
Waqar Ahmed son of Muhammad Azam seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.448/2024, registered
at P.S. Aziz Bhatti for offence under Section 320,
337-G, 322, PPC. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is
innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to mala fide
intentions and ulterior motives; that applicant/accused is law abiding citizen
and intends to surrender before the concerned Court but he feels apprehension
of his arrest at the hands of police, hence he needs some protection to enable
him to appear before the Court concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused above named, for a period of three (3) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in
the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to
the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to
surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the
investigation/trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after
expiry of three days from today or whenever applicant/accused surrenders before
the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case,
applicant/accused fails to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid
period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
