At the
very outset, counsel for applicant does not press this criminal bail
application and seeks direction to the trial Court to decide the case
preferably within a period of one month. Special Prosecutor ANF does not oppose
such proposal. In view of such position, instant criminal bail application is
dismissed as not pressed, however, learned trial Court is directed to decide
the case of the applicant expeditiously, preferably within a period of two
months.
