Applicant
Shah Meer Memon filed instant criminal miscellaneous
application for cancellation of bail of respondent Suresh Kumar who was
admitted to interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 04.02.2025. Learned
counsel for applicant after arguing the matter at some length does not press
the instant criminal miscellaneous application and seeks earlier disposal of
case. Mr. Khadim Hussain Khuharo, Addl: P.G. Sindh,
present in Court in some other cases waives notice and recorded his no
objection for such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed as not
pressed along with listed applications, however, with direction to the trial
Court to decide the case expeditiously, preferably within a period of three
months.
