4.       The applicant has been implicated in Crime No. 15 of 2009 under sections 409, 420, 468, 471, 109 PPC read with section 5(2) of the Act II of 1947 of Prevention of Corruption Act 1947.

Learned counsel contended that final challan has been submitted by the prosecution in which the applicant has been implicated and FIA is after him    and protective bail may be granted so that applicant may appear before the Trial Court for obtaining bail. In the circumstances, the applicant is granted protective bail for a period of 10 days on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- (Rupees two lac only) and P.R.Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. This protective bail order will cease to have effect on applicant’s first appearing before the Trial Court or on 12^th February 2010, whichever is earlier. This Criminal Bail Application stands disposed off.
