     While we were hearing this matter and Dr. Farough Naseem, Advocate appearing in the leading case has argued the matter for its final disposal at Katcha Peshi Stage today, Mr. Obaidur Rehman counsel for the petitioner has requested that an order may be passed whereby petitioner be allowed to file manual return in place of e-return as there is no column provided in the e-return where the subject matter of tax may be in dispute in Court and interim order on it is passed.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is exempted from filing of e-return and is allowed to file manual return. Adjourned to 27^th January, 2010. To be taken up along with Constitutional Petition No.D-1901 of 2009.
