The respondent No.3 has filed a statement alongwith copy of requisite record which is kept in the file. As the alleged detenue is no more with the Panah Shelter Home, consequently it is discharged from the petition and its name is struck of.

The petitioner has filed a statement saying that the alleged detenue is illegally confined by Ghulam Nabi Ujjan at Village Dilo Ujjan near to Khura Stop, District Khairpur Mirus. The DPO Khairpur is directed to raid the house of Ghulam Nabi Ujjan and recover the alleged detenue and produce her in Court on the next date. Adjourned to 04.02.2010.

This order be faxed to the D.P.O. Khairpur today.
