The grievance of learned counsel is that the respondents in case arising out of Crime No.10/2021, registered at Dakhan Police Station, Shikarpur District, have been declared proclaimed offenders, and Section 87 & 88 Cr.PC proceedings have been completed, yet the police is reluctant to take any effort to arrest them.

Learned Addl.P.G shall confirm Section 87 & 88 Cr.PC proceedings have been completed and if it is, then trial Judge is directed to suspend CNIC and passports of the absconding accused and submit its confirmation report.

Instant criminal misc. application stands disposed of in above terms.
