4.         The applicants have been implicated in Crime No.53/2009, Police Station Jhol, U/s 365-A, 302, 220, 382, 504, 506/2, 335 and 34 PPC.

            Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants want to surrender before the Trial Court and seek concession of pre-arrest bail. As the warrants of arrest have been issued, the Applicants may be granted protective bail before arrest for 10 days, so that they may approach the Trial Court.

            Without touching the merits of the case, the Applicants are granted protective bail for ten (10) days upon furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one hundred thousand) each and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar.

            This protective bail shall expire on 8th January 2010 or on the date when the Applicants surrender before the Trial Court whichever is earlier.

            Disposed of.
