2.   Learned counsel states that through present petition petitioner has been granted succession certificate for the debts and securities as well as letter of administration in respect of immoveable properties. He states that as security for the grant of immoveable property, the documents of same very properties be kept as security and for the amount of debts and securities the security of motor vehicle mentioned in the schedule as well as personal bond of the petitioner may be accepted for the grant of same. The request of petitioner’s counsel seems to be reasonable and same is accepted. The application is disposed off in the above terms.
