          This is an application seeking transfer of Sessions Case No. 114/2024, arising out of Crime No. 18/2024, of P.S. Gublo Katcho, pending adjudication before the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Kandhkot to any other court.

2.       Complainant Laiq Khan is present in person along with his counsel as well as all the proposed accused are present in person. Respondents No.1 to 5 are present in person. Both parties say that it will be convenient for them and the witnesses if the case is brought closer to their homes.

3.       Learned D.P.G. in view of the ground raised by both parties, unanimously raised his no objection to the transfer of this case.

4.       Accordingly, instant criminal transfer application is allowed. Let the file of Sessions Case No. 114/2024 be withdrawn from the board of the II-Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhkot and be transferred to Additional District Judge, Kashmore.

5.       Instant criminal transfer application stands disposed of as above.
