            Applicants/accused Usman Bashir son of Javed Bashir, Umer Rizwan son of Shaikh Rizwan Afzal and Asad Rizwan Shaikh son of Shaikh Rizwan Afzal seek protective bail in FIR No.154/2025, registered at P.S. Darakhshan, Karachi for offence under Sections 452, 354, 506-B, 324, 149, 148, 147, 337, 324, 504, 427, PPC. Learned counsel for applicants submits that applicants are innocent and they have falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute between the parties and no such incident has taken place; that applicants/accused are law abiding citizens and intend to appear before the concerned Court but they feel apprehension of their arrest at the hands of police, hence they need some protection to enable them to appear before the Court concerned.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused above named, for a period of three (3) days from today, subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the investigation/trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of three days from today or whenever applicants/accused surrender before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants/accused fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
