Applicant/accused
Iftikhar Ahmed son of Ali Sher,
who is in custody in FIR No.177/2024, registered at P.S. Ahmed Pur Siyal, District Jhang, Punjab for offence under section 395, 412, PPC and
seeks protective-cum-transitory bail so that he may be able to approach the
concerned Court. Applicant has approached the trial Court for same relief,
which was declined by the trial Court concerned vide order dated 13.02.2025,
where the applicant is facing the trial. Since the applicant/accused is in
custody and it is the function of the Investigating Officer to seek transfer of
investigation or custody of applicant/accused from the learned Court where his
custody is required. No case for grant of protective-cum-transitory bail is
made, as such, instant criminal bail application is dismissed.
