Shabbir Hussain Shams seeks
pre-arrest bail in FIR No.387/2023 of P.S. Aram Bagh
Karachi for offence under section 489-F, PPC. Counsel for applicant out rightly
submits that alleged offence is compoundable and parties have settled their
dispute outside the Court. Complainant is present in person and admits that he
has settled the dispute with applicant/accused outside the Court and has
recorded his no objection for confirmation of bail to applicant.
Since
the offence alleged is compoundable and the parties have settled their dispute
outside the Court, the complainant is in attendance before this Court and has
recorded his no objection, as such, interim pre-arrest bail granted to the
applicant/accused above named by this Court vide order dated 31.12.2024 is
hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
The
instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
