Hussain Khan Dahar seeks
protective bail in FIR No.1/2025, registered at Anti-Corruption Establishment,
Karachi for offence under Sections 409, 420, 468, 471, 34, PPC. Learned counsel
for applicant submits that applicant/accused is innocent and he has been
falsely implicated in this case for mala fide intentions and ulterior motives,
he is a law-abiding citizen and intends to surrender before the trial Court concerned
but he apprehends his arrest as the concerned police is bent upon to arrest him
in order to humiliate and disgrace him, therefore, he needs some protection to
enable to appear before trial Court concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused Jam Abdul Razzaque Khan Dahar son of
Jam Aftab Hussain Khan Dahar, for a period of three
(3) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond
in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in
the aforesaid period and join the investigation/trial forthwith. This order
shall cease to have its effect after expiry of three days from today or whenever
applicant/accused surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier.
It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before the
trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically
forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
